Product Details

Belt Coveyor

  1. Height: adjustable
  2. Control method: Frequency control
  3. Equipped with anti-dust strip
  4. With roller support the belt
  5. Can add metal detector to detecting the irons

Bale Opener

De-baler is used to disperse the PET bottles which are compressed together. It will make PET bottles move freely to next machine.

Pre Washer

Pre washer is used for remove the small impurities by rotation of the barrel, besides, hot water can greatly help cleaning the materials before comes to next step;

Label Remover

This mechanical label remover is used for removal of label paper on pure water bottles and PET bottle. The principles of medium speed rotating peeling by mechanical force and high pressure water flushing are applied, which enable paper removing rate to be as high as over 99%. And mud sand in the bottles can be screened and washed out, with remarkable effects.

Crusher

  1. Blade material:SKD-11(from Japan)
  2. Blade frame has Vtype and Crossed type for option;
  3. Rotor though wire cutting, ensure precision and strength
  4. Motor (or hydraulic) automatic opening cover
  5. Crushing with water method can reduce the blade wear and increase the capacity

Washer Tank (The First Stage)

  1. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm
  2. Each rotor driven by independent gear motor
  3. PET flakes sinking in the bottom of washer tank, materials washed then bottom screw transportedmaterials to next step; PE/PP materials(Caps/labels) will floating on the surface of water and will be separated by density

Screw Loader

  1. Made of SUS304 stainless steel
  2. Triple sealing, external bearing design, down drainage

Hot Washer Chamber

  1. Heating type: Electric heating /Steam heating for option
  2. There is thermal keeping material around the machine 
  3. Inside water will be heated to 90-95 degree, also caustic soda or other detergent will be added into the hot water, the oil, glue, etc will be removed easily;

High Speed Friction Washer

  1. Rotor through dynamic balance treatment, high-accuracy
  2. Bearing use NSK(from Japan) or SKF(from Sweden)
  3. Inside mesh made of stainless steel, mesh hose size 3mm
  4. Connecting water, internal pipeline spraying helps to clean material
  5. Blade removable
  6. External bearing design

Washing Tank(The Second Stage)

  1. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm
  2. Each rotor driven by independent gear motor

Washing Tank (The Third Stage)

Hot Air Drying System

  1. Use electricheating method
  2. Drying the materials at the last stage

Zig Zag Air Classify System

This machine can delete the labels and small dust in the flakes on last step. Working theory is also according different density. The technology is adopted from Europe.

Knife Sharpening Machine

  1. Blade fix angle can be adjusted freely
  2. Knife sharpening from left to right automatically
